How do I Add to Cart?

  • Browse Products: Navigate through our product listings and find the item you wish to purchase.
  • Personalise It: Choose your desired size, colour, and any personalisation options (like print colour, ribbon laces or embellishments) by clicking on the "Personalise It" button.
  • Click “Add to Cart”: Once you’ve made your selections, click the “Add to Cart” button. You’ll see a confirmation message indicating that your item has been added.
  • Continue Shopping or View Cart: You can either continue browsing for more items or view your cart by clicking the cart icon at the top right corner of the page.
  • Proceed to Checkout: When you’re ready to purchase, click “Checkout” to complete your order.

                                                                                          

What are the shipping options and costs?

We offer a standard to door delivery option starting from R125. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the parcel volume and weight. Feel free to arrange your own courier by selecting the 'Own Courier' option at checkout.
                                                                                          

How long does it take to process my order?
Our regular lead time is +-21 working days. Excluding weekends and public holidays.
                                                                                          

Do you offer rush delivery for last minute orders? 
By arrangement. Please reach out to us before placing your order to confirm availability. 
                                                                                          

What payment options do you have?
Currently, we only accept Direct EFT for your safety and ours. The details will be made available to you at checkout. We’ll add more payment options as we grow.
                                                                                          

Can I place an order via Whatsapp?
Yes! Just send us your list of items along with any personalisation details such as fabric colour, size, or print specifics. We're here to help.
                                                                                          

Can I personalise an item? 
Yes! Many of our items can be personalised with names, dates or custom messages. Simply click on the product listing to choose i.e. your favourite garment colour, print colour and size. Provide print detail or own wording in the special instructions comment box to be added to the item.
                                                                                          

Can I create a custom gift? 
Absolutely! Select from our pretty presents collection or create your own by choosing individual items. If you would like assistance putting together a custom gift, reach out to us on Whatsapp or email with the details. 
                                                                                          

Can I approve the design before printing? 
Yes! We will provide artwork for your review and approval during the production period.
                                                                                          

Can I add extra items to a gift from the pretty presents collection? 
Definitely. Add any of the other goodies from our site to your cart and leave a note to specify which gift we need to add it to.
                                                                                          

How do I upload my photos when ordering a memory pendant? 
Simply send us your photos via email or Whatsapp with the corresponding order number once your order has been placed.
