  • Quotes & Invoices: All quotes and invoices are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. After this period, prices and availability may be subject to change.
  • Order Confirmation: To proceed with production, we require confirmation of your order. Once confirmed, production will begin, and we'll keep you informed of the progress.
  • Lead Time: Our typical lead time for preparing an order is approximately 21 working days. If you have a specific deadline, please reach out to discuss before placing your order.
  • Rush Orders: If you need a rush order, please contact us directly before placing your order. We’ll confirm the availability of expedited production and shipping options to meet your timeframe.
  • Order Specifications & Customisation: We’ll confirm all details regarding your order specifications, including size, colour, and print information, to ensure your personalised products are perfect. Please double-check all customisation details when your your artwork is provided, as they will be printed accordingly.
  • No Refunds or Exchanges: As all our products are made to order and personalised to your specifications, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Please ensure all details are correct when confirming your order.
  • Promotions & Competitions: Promotions and competitions, including their duration, prizes, and rules, are managed at the discretion of the owners of Bride & Things. All winner announcement will be published separately for each promotion. E&OE
